Jason A. Guidry, 46, a native and resident of Larose, passed away Tuesday, 
April 23, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Our Lady of the 
Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church cemetery in Larose.

He is survived by his mother, Thelma M. Guidry; wife of 11 years, Maria Guidry; 
son, Jade A. Guidry and wife, Kayla; daughter, Sarah J. Guidry; stepdaughter, 
Anna Medina; stepson, David Medina; grandchildren, Jade J. Guidry and Kyson C. 
Guidry; step-grandchhild, Loran Medina; brothers, Harold, Michael and Clyde 
Guidry; and sisters, Marion Sevin, Cheryl Loupe, Donna Allemand and Amy Naquin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Emile J. Guidry.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
