Hebert Sr., 82, a native of Napoleonville, and resident of Gonzales, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in St. Anne Catholic Church cemetery in Napoleonville. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Aucoin Hebert; son, Ernest "Butch" Hebert Jr. and wife, Katie; daughters, Tina Perkins and husband, Joseph, and Arleen Domingue and husband, Randall; sisters, Marie Millet and Shirley Naquin; and five grandchildren, Blair and Reese Perkins, Tyler and Jacques Hebert, and Arielle Domingue. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Hebert and Irma Blanchard Hebert; son, Paul Henry Hebert; brothers, Robert, Ridley, and Felix Hebert; sisters, Pearl Simoneaux, Mae Aucoin, Pansy Cedotal, Levie Cavalier, Mildred LeBlanc, and Jeanne Talbot; and two grandchildren, Robert Hebert and Zachary Domingue. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in the Korean Conflict. After returning from Korea, he attended Nicholls State University and was in the first graduating class there. He was a retired office manager with the State of Louisiana Department of Labor. Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
