Laurentine Porche Toups Hebert, 92, a native and resident of Houma, died at 
11:57 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Our Lady of the 
Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay Michel and husband, Paul, Charlene Dupre 
and husband, Jerry, and Bonnie Bonnette and husband, Temus Jr.; son-in-law, 
Dale Leonard; sister, Anna Richard and late husband, Ernest; 12 grandchildren; 
19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Marie Caro Porche; 
husbands, Albert Toups and Lawrence Hebert; son, Carl Toups; daughter, Connie 
Toups Leonard; brothers, Louis, Alphonse and Ernest Porche; and sisters, Mae 
Bergeron, Rita Bergeron, Levie Lebouef and Maude Matherne.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church and 
was the owner of Fancy Fluff Beauty Salon in Houma for more than 30 years.

The family would like to thank Dr. Russell Henry and the nurses and staff of 
Chateau Terrebonne. Thanks also goes to her devoted and compassionate sitters, 
Crystal Magee, Barbara and Joyce.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
