Clara M. "La Lou" Lanegrasse, 52, a native of Thibodaux, and resident of 
Mathews, died at 11:14 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013.

A memorial service will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. 
Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 
a.m. Friday at the church, with a balloon release after Mass. 

Please bring a balloon.

She is survived by her life partner of 31 years, Jennifer M. Ford; father, 
Allen Lanegrasse Sr.; daughters, Brandy (Wilson) Bower and Erica (Kiley) 
Trahan; brother, Allen (Bridget) Lanegrasse Jr.; sister, Bro; and six 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette St. Pierre Lanegrasse.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
funeral expenses.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
