Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Montegut Fire Station and from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Elias Levron; sons, Carter Levron and wife, Beti, and Brad Levron and wife, Donna; daughter, Sharon Griffin and husband, Richard; brother, Eura Dupre; sisters, Lucille Thibodaux, Rosa Mae Bourg and Joyce Ledet; son-in-law, Darell Gautreaux; six grandchildren, Toni Peltier and husband, Lee, Amy Lecompte and husband, Tracey, Tara Fromenthal and husband, Mike, Cody Gautreaux, Brad Levron Jr. and Kimberly Levron; three step- grandchildren, Amy, Michael and Shane; four great-grandchildren, Seth Peltier, Trey Lecompte, Alexis Bergeron and Hunter Fromenthal; and four step-great- grandchildren, Allura, Alayna, Austin and Destiny. She was preceded in death by her parents, Filmore Dupre and Alcidie Levron Dupre; son, Phil Levron; daughter, Darla Gautreaux; brothers, Druis, Ives and Wilsey Dupre; and sisters, Cecile Ledet, Cedonia Dupre, Verna Naquin, Anna Mae Thibodeaux and Eunice Dupre. She served on the Recreation District Board No. 6 for over 40 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Knights of Columbus and American Legion Russell Redmond Post No. 272 Ladies Auxiliary. She was recording secretary for the Montegut Children's Carnival Club and Bonne Terre Carnival Club. She served on the Ladies Altar Society, was a church sacristan, sang in the choir, and was on the Pastoral Council as a Liturgy Chairperson. She was a Eucharistic Minister and active in the Cursillo at St. Charles Catholic Church. She organized the annual Christmas Song Fest and was the organizer of the original Cajun Festival Church Fair. She was the election commissioner for Ward 6, a school volunteer and a world-renowned baker of cakes. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all. Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements. ======================
