Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her sons, Neil J. Boudreaux and wife, Angie, and Ronnie Boudreaux and companion, Ethel Boudreaux; sister, Grace Woods; seven grandchildren, Randy Boudreaux, Donna LeBoeuf, Patrick Boudreaux, Elizabeth Boudreaux, Deborah Strunk, Lisa Kotyk, and Blake Besson; and six great- grandchildren, Logan LeBoeuf, Ian Boudreaux, Nathan Helton, Madeline Kotyk, Katelynn Hurley and Andrea Boudreaux. She was preceded in death by her first husband, O'Neil "Shine" Boudreaux Sr.; second husband, Herbert Paul Prejean; parents, Ben and Bernadette Clement Boudreaux; brother, Guy Boudreaux; sisters, Ivy Mae Daigle, Hazel Melancon and Mildred DeLozier; and grandchild, Sherry Lynn Boudreaux. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, camping and traveling. The family would like to thank Dr. Dickie Haydel and staff, Haydel Memorial Hospice and The Oaks of Houma. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
