William Kermit Price, 69, a native of Stringer, Miss., and resident of Houma, 
died at 6:15 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Chauvin Funeral 
Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 

with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Rabalais Price of Houma; son, William T. Price 
and wife, Kathy Price, of Madison, Miss.; stepdaughter, Janet Lee Price and 
husband, Ken Price, of Houma; sisters, Jane Burks and husband, Ike Burks of 
Pascagoula, Miss., and Robbie Holliday and late husband, William Holliday of 
Pinehurst, N.C.; and grandchhildren, Macy, Miranda, Patrick and Nicholas Price.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Bertie Foley Price.
He work in the oilfield for more than 40 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and 
spending time with his family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Stringer 
United Methodist Church, County Road 17, Stringer, Miss., 39581.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
