Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at New Rising Sun Baptist Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Mt. Airey Baptist Church Cemetery in Boutte. He is survived by his wife, Bennetta Thomas Robinson; sons, Curtis (Wanda) Folse, Shamari Bethancourt and Danelle Hall; daughters, Judy Robinson, Shelita (Michael) Smith, Patrice R. Chapman, Tira Hall and Kayla Mitt; sisters, Virt Lee Robinson Poindexter and Jacquelin Robinson (Gerold) Westley; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Missonary Mable Williams Robinson and Leo Robinson; brothers, Charles and Lloyd Robinson; sister, Betty Robinson Griffin; and grandparents, Mollie Skipper Robinson, Arthur Robinson, Leola Williams and Dos Williams. Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements. ======================
