Warren Young Sr., 90, a native of Mathews and resident of Raceland, died 
Saturday, March 30, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Morning Star 
Baptist Church in Raceland. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery in Raceland.

He is survived by his sons, Warren (Ann) Young Jr. and Flored Young; daughters, 
Mercedes McClendon, Brennell Young White and Deloris Young Bonham; 12 
grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Young Sr. and Lucille Young; 
first wife, Lula Mae Turner Young; second wife, Jeanette Randall Young; 
brother, Willie Young Jr.; and grandparents, Mary Shields and Victoria Brown.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
