ALLEN, EDOLIA 

Edolia Allen, 95, a resident of Franklin and native of Eunice, died Sunday, 
April 28, 2013.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Nazarene Baptist 
Church in Verdunville. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Nazarene Baptist Church cemetery in Verdunville.

She is survived by her sons, Shirley "Shortie" and Curley Vallaire, Mark Wayne 
Allen, and Murphy Bellard; and daughter, Shirley Ann Williams.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Allen.

Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
