He was a native of Bayou Gauche and a resident of Bay St. Louis, Miss. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until funeral time Saturday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, Miss. A prayer service will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Gloria Boudreaux Bernard, of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; son, Forest James Bernard Jr. and wife, Taresa, of Fallbrook, Calif.; daughter, Melinda Bernard Teaford, of Geismar; siblings, Irvin Bernard Jr. of Mississippi, Betty DuFrene, of Des Allemands, Ray Bernard, of Hammond, and Larry Bernard, of Wiggins, Miss.; and three grandchildren, Nicholas and Noah Teaford and Brandon Bernard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Alfreda DuFrene Bernard; and brother, Roy Bernard. Forest enjoyed riding his motorcycle and fishing in the Gulf with his grandchildren. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, Miss., is in charge of arrangements. ======================
