Daniel Patrick "Puddles" Bourg, 31, formerly of Houma and Cut Off, and a 
resident of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, April 14, 2013.

A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in 
Golden Meadow.

He is survived by his sons, Brandon, Damien and Daniel Jr., of Texarkana, 
Texas; daughter, Emily, of Texarkana, Texas; mother, Mary Jo Herndon DuBois, of 
Raceland; stepfather, Ted Boudreaux, of Raceland; father, Hershell Bourg, of 
Tennessee; and brothers, Zachary Bourg, of Baton Rouge, and Joshua Bourg, of 
Galliano.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen and Doris Herndon, and Linzy 
and Mary Ann Bourg.

Haynes Mortuary in Texarkana, Texas, was in charge of arrangements.
