Linda M. Chaisson, 64, a native and resident of Houma, passed away Friday, May 
3, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, May 5, and from 8 a.m. until 
funeral time Monday, May 6, at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services 
will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 5, at the funeral home, 

with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

She is survived her sons, Wilson "Shine" Leonard, Kenny "Boy" Chaisson, Herbert 
Fitch, and Robbin "Jip" Pellegrin; daughters, Kay Chaisson, Kim Faciane, and 
Karla Chaisson; grandchildren, Jarred Trahan, Danita, Shawna, and Kaleb 
Leonard, Toby Scott, Ashley Faciane, Tiffany Johnston and Todd Fitch; great-
grandchildren, Desmonde Faciane, Kinsley Nguyen, Khloe Moore, and Ava and 
Alexandra Trahan; brothers, Lawrence and Reed Verdin; aunt, Willa Babin; and 
caretakers, Dolores Adams, Dawn Littleton, and Karen Thibodeaux.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Chaisson; son, Nelson Leonard 
Jr.; daughter, Belinda Leonard; parents, Albert "Black" and Vivian Fitch 
Verdin; brothers, Wilbert "Boy" Verdin, Nolan "T-Boy" Richard, and Donald 
Verdin; and sister, Yvonne Verdin.

Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
