Chad Paul Chamberlain, 40, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Saturday, 
May 4, 2013.

Fellowship will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Thibodaux Family 
Church. A celebration service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Stacey Howard Chamberlain; children, 
Lance, Luke and Lilly Chamberlain; mother, Brenda Daigle Lyons and husband, 
Rayne; father, Larry Chamberlain and wife, Rita; brother, Jeff Chamberlain and 
wife, Kim; sisters, Rachel Lyons Parfait and husband, Nathan, Tonya Lyons 
Melancon and husband, Shawn, Jessica Chamberlain Naquin and husband, Jake, and 
Amy Chamberlain Brock and husband, Shan; mother and father-in-law, Pat and 
Beverly Sue Mayes Howard; sister-in-law, Angela Howard; and 12 nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Murphy and Hilda Daigle, and Jake 
and Odette Chamberlain.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
funeral expenses.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
