CHERAMIE, DOROTHY DUET 

Dorothy Duet Cheramie, 91, a native and resident of Galliano, passed away on 
May 14, 2013.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 17 at Falgout Funeral Home in 
Galliano from 9 a.m. till funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church 

with burial following at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

She is survived by sons, Ronald Cheramie, Sr. and wife May Ann and Allen 
Cheramie and wife Joy; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Alidor Cheramie; parents, Alcide and 
Cornelia Duet; son, Donald Cheramie, Sr. and wife Geraldine; brothers, Harrison 
Duet and Eunice Duet; sister Eula D. Gisclair; and half sisters, Barbara D. 
Comeaux and Linda D. Garret.
