David Walker Collins, 45, a native of Houma and resident of Pearland, Texas, 
died at 5:57 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral 
Home. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Marjorie Collins, of Houma; brothers, 
Thomas Julian Collins Jr., of Houma, and Mark Evans Collins and wife, Melanie, 
of Houma; nephews, Cade Evans Collins and Clay Paul Collins, both of Houma; and 
many aunts and uncles.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed sports, especially 
professional sports. He was devoted to his family and nephews. He will be 
dearly missed by his family and friends.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
