Thelma Bouffanie Dardar, 84, native of Lafitte, and resident of Golden Meadow, 
died Saturday, March 16, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Bernadette 
Catholic Church. A memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, 

with burial at a later date.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Diaz; sons, Daniel and Blaine Dardar; 
sisters, Betty Bouffanie and Marie "Toot" Zar; five grandchildren; 18 great-
grandchildren; and 11 great-great–grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Dardar; parents, Andrew and 
Agnes Guidry Bouffanie; brothers, George and Huey Bouffanie; and sisters, Mary 
Dufrene, Rose Mayfield and Elsie Smart.

Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
