Mary Fillinich, 67, a native and resident of Galliano, died Thursday, May 2, 
2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Samart-Mothe 
Funeral Home in Cut Off. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday 
at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano, 

with burial in Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

She is survived by her sons, Lane (Paige) Fillinich, Lance (Tori) Fillinich and 
Cory Fillinich; daughters, Anita F. (Murray) Hebert and Tammy F. (Perry) 
Matherne; brothers, Alton and Duroc Gisclair; sisters, Gloria G. Terrebonne and 
Gernice Gisclair; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Fillinich; parents, Noah and 
Nita Guidry Gisclair; brothers, Allen, Morrison and Joseph Gisclair and Eugene 
LaBiche; sisters, Noella Autin and Delores Gisclair; and grandchildren, Sandra 
Hebert, Carly Fillinich and Jill Hebert..

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
