Mabel Becnel Guillot, 88, a native and resident of Vacherie, died Monday, May 
6, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Our Lady of Peace 
Catholic Church in Vacherie. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church cemetery in Vacherie.

She is survived by her brother, Joseph Bluebeck Becnel; and sister, Jane Becnel 
Percle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gillis Roland Guillot; parents, Abel 
Becnel Sr. and Margeritte Falgoust Becnel; sisters, Althe B. Rome, Delta B. 
Rodrigue, Anne Becnel, Thernica Becnel, Yvonne B. Percle, Marie B. Zeringue, 
and Janet B. Folse; and brothers, Louis Becnel, Abel Becnel Jr., Francois 
"Tony" Becnel, and Joseph Marcel Becnel.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
