Dr. Christine Hebert, 41, died Monday, March 25, 2013.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013, at St. John's 
Episcopal Church in Thibodaux, 

followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her father, Col. John Hebert, of Montegut; mother and 
stepfather, Miriam (Charles) Moore, of Niceville, Fla.; sister, Sharon 
(Charles) Maumus of Franklin, Tenn.; brother, Benjamin Hebert of Thibodaux; and 
grandmother, Betty Roth Hebert, of Thibodaux.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to Episcopal 
Social Services of Wichita, P.O. Box 670, Wichita, Kan. 67201.
