Olivia Miles Howard, 93, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Gray, 
died Friday, May 17, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Mt. Olive Baptist 
Church in Gray. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Clarence Howard Jr., of Gray, and Curtis Howard, 
of Colfax; brothers, Walter Miles Sr. and Ellis Miles Sr., both of Gray; 
sisters, Bessie Williams, of Thibodaux, and Vicy Williams, of Baton Rouge, one 
grandchild; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Howard Sr.; parents, Willie 
and Mary Smith Miles; brother, Roland Miles Sr.; and sister, Beatrice Miles.

Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
