Carla Soudelier Luke, 47, a native and resident of Houma, died Saturday, May 
18, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Our Lady of the 
Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Allan Anthony Luke; daughter, 
Monique Luke Brunet and husband, Kirk; grandson, Kane Luke Brunet; step-
granddaughter, Maci LeBlanc; parents, Jeffrey Sr. and Deborah Picou Soudelier; 
father and mother-in-law, Norris and Georgiana Luke Price; brothers, Jeffrey 
Soudelier Jr. and wife, Angela Soudelier, and William Soudelier and fiancee, 
Angie Matherne; brothers-in-law, Bruce Luke, Craig Luke and wife, Sharon Luke; 
aunt, Kella Dehabermann; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Howard Breaux Sr. and Louise 
Breaux, Gillis Picou Jr., and William and Agnes Soudelier; uncle, Howard Breaux 
Jr.; father-in-law, Paul Luke; and numerous aunts and uncles.

She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
