Michael Charles Prados, 65, a native of New Orleans, and resident of Thibodaux, 
passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Genevieve 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. 
Wednesday at the church.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette Martin Prados; children, Colleen Dupeire 
and husband, Stephen, Sean Prados and wife, Catherine, Megan Bowers and 
husband, Chris, and Lauren Sonier and husband, Chris; brothers, Peter Prados 
and wife, Deely, and Edward Prados and wife, Denise; sister, Mary Ann Koch and 
husband, Jeffrey; nine beautiful grandchildren who affectionately called him 
"Umps," Morgan and Brennan Dupeire, Michael and Ellie Prados, McKinley, Maddie 
and Molly Bowers, and Ethan and Millie Sonier.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gloria Danos Prados and Joseph Prados.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Jude 
Children's Research Hospital , E.D. White Catholic High School or St. Genevieve 
Catholic School.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
