SEVIN, SHIRLEY 

Shirley Rose R. Sevin, 77, a native and resident of Lockport, died Monday, May 
20, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time 
Friday at Bethany Community Church in Raceland. Funeral services will be at 11 
a.m. Friday at the church, 

with burial in Barrios Cemetery in Valentine.

She is survived by her brother, Alex J. Rodrigue Jr.; and sister, Gertrude R. 
Hebert.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex Sr. and Ida Rodrigue; brothers, 
Louis, Calvin, Huey, Eddie, Nicholas and Roy Rodrigue; adopted brother, Frank 
Davis; and sisters, Lillian R. Hidlago, Lucille R. Guidroz, Ludie Mae R. 
Chaisson, Lucia Rodrigue and Louise Rodrigue.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
