Doris M. Shaw, 97, a resident and native of Thibodaux, passed away Wednesday, 
May 8th, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Joseph Co-
Cathedral. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Co-Cathedral cemetery.

She is survived by her nephew, Wayne Morvant; and nieces, Mona Danos, Faye 
Fowler and Martha Robinette.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Shaw; parents, Raoul and Elodie 
Daigle Morvant; brothers, Raoul "Buck" Morvant, Francis "Fanny" Morvant and 
Lionel Morvant Sr.; and nephew, Lionel Morvant Jr.

Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
