Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Samart Funeral Home in Bayou Blue, and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery in Houma. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Roxanne Malbrough Smith; daughter, Ashleigh Robichaux and husband, Glenn; son, Joshua Smith; brother, Kelly J. smith and wife, Jennifer; and nephew, Zach. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles "Smitty" and Emmalee Caro Smith; and an infant sister. He was a member of the Thibodaux Volunteer Fire Department and a past freelance photographer for The Courier in Houma. He enjoyed photography, sports and spending time with his family and his dog, Alexis. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
