Theresa S. Turner, 62, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died 
Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at New Vision Christian 
Community Church in Raceland. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at 
the church, 

with burial in Southdown Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Tyrone Jr. (Akisha) and Thomas (Quanda) Turner; 
brothers, Daniel, Allen, and Kelvin Smith; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Theresia Smith; daughter, 
Tammy (Charles) Street; brothers, Adam, Robert, John Sr. and Earl Smith Sr.; 
and sisters, Jane Jenkins, and Leona and Charlotte Scott.

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
