Elvire Foret Bellanger, 89, a native of Raceland and resident of Lockport, died 
at 6:54 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Savior Cemetery in 
Lockport.

She is survived by her sons, Ernest (Mary Kay), Robert, Ray and Billy 
Bellanger; daughter, Nancy Lee; 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 
and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Bellanger; sons, Leslie and 
Roy Bellanger; parents, Alcide and Onelia Labat Foret; brothers, Norris, Horace 
and Junius Foret; and sisters, Doris Gros, Dorothy "Mimi" Larousse, Cecile 
LeCompte and Shirley Freeman; and one grandchild.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
