Jerry Allan Boudreaux, 48, a native and resident of Houma, passed away at 4:35 
p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Holy Rosary 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his father, Gerald J. Boudreaux; daughters, Ashley B. Justice 
and husband, James, and Brooke T. Boudreaux; sisters, Christy B. Songy and 
husband, Mark, and Patti B. Redmond and husband, Keith Jr.; nephews, Cody M. 
Marcel and William C. Songy; niece, Taylor L. Redmond; and granddaughter, 
Hailey Justice.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Bonvillain Boudreaux; paternal 
grandparents, Cleveland and Mildred Barrilleaux Boudreaux; and maternal 
grandparents, Joseph Columbus and Mary Lillian Hebert Bonvillain.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff on 
the fourth floor of Leonard Chabert Medical Center for their care and 
compassion.

Jerry proudly served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing and spending time 
with his family and friends. He loved his family extensively, and his kindness 
touched everyone around him. He had a heart of gold like no other.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
funeral arrangements.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
