Kelly Alexis Caine, 25, a native and resident of Raceland, died Monday, June 
21, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at New Rising Sun 
Baptist Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the 
church, 

with burial in Israelite Baptist Church Cemetery in Lockport.

She is survived by her parents, Debbie Caine (Cleveland) Matthews and Naaman 
Reed; daughter, Thearii Caine, sister, Azaria Matthews, brother, Willie Lunkin 
IV; and grandparents, Earl and Elnora Davis and Joyce Ann Joseph.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Burell Caine and Mahlia Mable 
Caine.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
