DICKSON, ETHEL 

Ethel C. Dickson, formerly of Houma and resident of Anniston, Ala., passed away 
June 15, 2013, at NHC.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at K.L. Brown Memory 
Chapel in Anniston, Ala. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the 
funeral home, with the Rev. Jesse Barksdale officiating. 

Burial will be in Faith Tabernacle Church Cemetery in Alabama.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Dickson, of Anniston, Ala.; son, Oley 
Joseph "Tubby" Autin Sr., of Houma; stepson, Bobby Dickson Jr., of 
Jacksonville, Ala.; sister, Billie Mae Presenback, of Mississippi; two 
grandsons, Oley Joseph Autin Jr., and Troy Autin; six great-grandchildren; and 
two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tubby Autin Jr., Troy Autin, T.J. Autin, Joseph Magouyrk, 
Jerry Dickson and Mike Easterwood.

Ethel spent most of her life in Houma and lived in Anniston, Ala., for the past 
nine years. She was a member of the Baptist faith.

The family would like to thank Dr. Ismail and the staff of Southern Care 
Hospice for the excellent care given to Mrs. Dickson.

K.L. Brown Memory Chapel in Anniston, Ala., is in charge of arrangements.
