Mabel T. Griffin, 82, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Lockport 
died Monday, June 3, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m., 

with burial in Holy Savior Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Freddie (Christine) Griffin, Randy Griffin and 
Bobby Griffin; daughter, Adela (D.J.) G. Dupre; 21 grandchildren; 23 great-
grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferdinand Griffin Sr.; parents, 
Columbus and Frosien T. Thibodaux; son, Ferdinand Griffin Jr.; daughter Marie 
G. Eschete; and one great-great-grandchild.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
