Al Jerome "Tootaroo" James, 11, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Houma, died Saturday, June 1, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Home in 
Houma, and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Bayou Blue Assembly of 
God Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with 

burial in Blue Lily Cemetery in Schriever.

He is survived by his mother, Tabitha Tillman; stepfather, Gerald Francisco; 
brothers, Alvin James and Deronte Tillman; stepbrother, Al Craig; sisters, 
Tanesha, Tamiesha, Alexis, and Tanaya Tillman, Aljanna James, and Chasity Mart; 
stepsisters, Cierra and Daniella Craig; grandparents, Debbie and Irvin 
Richaurd, and Donald Tillman Sr.; and great-grandmother, Lillie Mae Green.

He was preceded in death by his father, Al Jerome James Sr.; and his paternal 
grandparents, Tracy and Jenny Brook James, and Gertrude and Joseph Tillman Sr.

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
