PICOU, NELLIE (FISHER) 

Nellie Glynn Fisher Picou, 74, a resident of Franklinton, died at 9 p.m. 
Thursday, June 20, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Bethel Baptist 
Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, 

with burial in Bethel Baptist Church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Wiltz Picou Jr.; sons, Wiltz (Janet) Picou III, 
of Franklinton, Mark (Paula) Picou, of Gastonia, N.C., and Steven (Tamara) 
Picou, of Amarillo, Texas; sisters, Betty Sue Bordell, of South Carolina, 
Janice Stewart of Houston, Texas, and Judi Corts, of Mexico; 11 grandchildren; 
and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Floyd Fisher and Vera McClinton 
Fisher; brothers, James Floyd Fisher Jr. and Morris Fisher; and sisters, Evelyn 
Trebes, and Francis Dixon.

Crain Funeral Home in Franklinton is in charge of arrangements.
