Jerry Trosclair Sr., 73, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died at 
7:52 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Home Chapel and 
from 8 a.m. until funeral time at Morning Star Baptist Church. Funeral services 
will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in Cornerstone Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Delma Moses-Trosclair; step-mother, Lou Alma 
Trosclair; two sons, Jerry Jr. and Dwane (Carlotta) Trosclair; three daughters, 
Michelle (Lionel) Scott, Laura (Steven) Robinson, and Julie (Sterling) 
Richardson; two brothers, Rev. Fred (Rosemary) and James (Barbara) Trosclair; 
two sisters; Beulah Gaither and Shirley Caver; fifteen grandchildren and four 
great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Sissy and Missy Trosclair; his 
parents, Yvonne Melton and John W. Trosclair Sr.; three brothers, Shelton, John 
and William Trosclair; and three sisters, Zenobia Gros, Carolyn Dunn and Irma 
Lee Trosclair.

Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
