Visitation with the family will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Houma. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Grayson Walden of Parker, Colo.; and grandchildren, Sarah Grayson Floyd and William Walden Floyd of Denver, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Joseph Thibodaux and Stella (Grayson) Thibodaux; brother, Henry Joseph Thibodaux Jr.; and loving husband, Kyle Ward Walden. Mary was born on July 29, 1932 in Houma, to Henry Joseph Thibodaux and Stella (Grayson) Thibodaux. She married Kyle Ward Walden on July 2, 1957 at the First United Methodist Church. She earned two master's degrees in education and psychology and worked as an educator, diagnostician and school counselor. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, TSTA, NEA and Book Club. Her hobbies included golf and cooking. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Houma. Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services in Parker, Colo. is in charge of arrangements. ======================
