Ruthenlyn "Ruth" Johnson Ward, 75, a native and resident of Bertrandville, died 
Saturday, May 25, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Beulah Baptist 
Church in Bertrandville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Beulah Baptist Church cemetery in Bertrandville.

She is survived by her children, Joseph, Ashley, Latoya and Larry; sisters, 
Maggie Johnson, Virginia Smith, Jerushia LeBlanc, Bobette (Anthony) Larche and 
Patricia (Clarence) Roch; brother, Johnny Johnson; three grandchildren; and 
special loved one, Shelley Southall-Smith.

She was preceded in death by her son, Chad Johnson; husbands, Naymon Cola and 
James Ward; parents, Harry and Julie Skidmore Johnson; and brother, Clarence 
Johnson.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
