GEORGE ALLEN JR., 59, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Friday, July 26, 
2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Morning Star 
Baptist Church in Johnsonridge. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at 
the church, 

with burial in Blue Lilly Cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, George Allen Sr. and Bertha Mae Nolan; son, 
George Fletcher; daughter, Kankrelle Fletcher; and sisters, Catherine Carter, 
Maxine Allen, Donna Selbites, Brenda Alexis and Lashawn Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Eliza Wilson Nolan, 
Louvina Triggs Allen and Lawrence Allen.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
