Bridget “Bea” Valerie Danos Bourgeois, 88, a life-long native of Raceland, 
broke the surly bonds of earth entering eternal rest on July 17, 2013.

Relatives and friends are invited to share in the final farewell in her honor 
from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 22, at St. Mary Catholic Church 
in Raceland. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at 
St. Mary Catholic Church 

with burial to follow in St. Mary Catholic Church cemetery in Raceland.

She was survived by her daughters, Aline Bourgeois Cheramie, husband Michael 
and Elaine Bourgeois Foret, husband Kenneth; 4 grandchildren, 7 great 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Armance and Joseph Danos; brother, 
Paul Danos; step sister, Aline Sevin Theriot and step brother, Joseph Sevin.
