Richard F. Champagne, 79, a native and resident of Theriot, died Monday, July 
22,, 2013.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Eloi Catholic Cemetery 
in Theriot.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Marie Champagne; son, David Champagne and 
wife, Linette, and Paul Champagne and wife, Nadine; daughter, Jennifer Toups 
and husband, Charles; grandchildren, Courtney Champagne, Jeffery Champagne, 
Christopher Champagne, Jessica Denson, Julie Geist and Kevin Alimia; and great-
grandchildren, Trey Koldys, Blaine Denson and Aiden Champagne.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Constant Champagne and Bessie Theriot 
Champagne Hebert; brothers, Donald and Julius Champagne; sister, Garnet Click; 
and grandchild, Eli Champagne.
