Barbara "Gmomma" Sons Kyle, 61, a native of Morgan City and resident of Houma, 
died Tuesday, July 9, 2013.

A memorial visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Samart Funeral Home in 
Houma.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Kyle; son, Troy Kyle and wife, Sharon; 
daughters, Jonnie Bonvillain and husband, Stacey, Mia Kyle, Kyla Kyle and 
Regina Kyle; brothers, Craig Sons, Timmy Sons and Michael Sons; sisters, Debra 
Sons and Diana Dubois; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Odette Mayon Sons; and 
sister, Peggy Engeron.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Barbara Kyle Benefit 
Fund at Whitney Bank or to Ovarian Cancer Awareness.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
