SERIGNY, ADIA BILLIOT 

Adia Billiot Serigny, 90, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 11:39 
p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut 
Off and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Tuesday at the church, 

with burial in Serigny Cemetery in Golden Meadow.

She is survived by her son, Alexie Serigny and companion, Victoria Bouvier; 
daughters, Bridget Serigny and Rosalie Serigny; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-
grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton L. Serigny; parents, Justilian 
Billiot and Lena Foret Billiot; son, Roger Serigny; daughter, Romona S. Curole; 
brothers, Edison, Linberg and Albert Stanberg Billiot; and sisters, Ozzie 
Billiot, Lydia B. Dardar, Enola B. Mosley and Violet B. Verdin.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
