Sandra Hebert Usey, 51, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Sunday, July 
28, 2013.

A celebration of life will be at 6 p.m. Friday at the House of Prayer in 
Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Usey Sr.; sons, Mark Usey Jr. and Jared 
Usey; daughter, Crystal Hebert; father, Raymond Hebert; brother, Terry Hebert; 
sisters, Debra H. Kliebert and Melodia H. Benoit; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Hebert; and nephew, Jerry Hebert.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
