Patricia Ann Barthelemy,51, a native of Salyersville, Ky., and resident of 
Galliano, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time, 
Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. 
Monday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Raceland.

She is survived by her husband, Irvin "Brother" Barthelemy Jr.; son, Michael 
Wayne Barthelemy; daughter, Heather Louise Barthelemy; stepson, Paul Kiger; 
mother, Wilma Puckett; brothers, Sheridan Dwayne Puckett and Stacy Puckett; and 
four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Puckett.

Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
