Carl Joseph "Boo" Chauvin, 60, a native of Houma and a resident of Bayou Blue, 
died Monday, August 19, 2013.

There will be no services.

He was a loving husband and father who is survived by his wife of 40 years, 
Sandy Blanchard Chauvin; sons, Christian J. Chauvin & Nicholas P. Chauvin; 
mother, Mae A. Chauvin; sisters, Sandra (Clark) Belanger, Susan Chauvin Lovell, 
and Karen Chauvin Robichaux; nephews, Corey Lovell, Blaine Belanger, & 
Christopher Robichaux.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis M. Chauvin; nephew, Brent 
Belanger.

He love baseball and was a volunteer coach for TPR for 18 years. In his line of 
work, he was known as "Ace." Later in life, he enjoyed his privacy and his 
pets.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
