Michael “Mike” Cheramie, Sr., 48, a native and resident of Cut Off passed away 
on August 26, 2013.

Visitation will take place at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 4 p.m. till 
9 p.m. on Friday, August 30th and from 8 a.m. till 9:30 a.m. Saturday, August 
31st.
Funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Hearth Catholic Church in 
Cut Off 

with burial following in Sacred Hearth Catholic Church cemetery in Cut Off.

He is survived by son, Michael Anthony Cheramie, Jr. and wife Lauren; 
grandchild, Parker Cheramie; mother, Barbara P. Cheramie; brother, David 
Anthony Cheramie and former wives Julie Serigny Cheramie and Cinnamon Dufrene.

He was preceded in death by father, Larry N. Cheramie and God-daughter Chelsie 
Cheramie Carson.

Mr. Cheramie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends especially his 
grandchild Parker and riding his motorcycle. He was also  honorary Bandido 
member, coached Bantam League Football and was a boat captain for Trico Marine.
