Tousillia "YaYa" Kraemer Cortez, 94, a native and resident of Kraemer, LA, 
passed away on August 10, 2013.

Visitation will be held from 8:00AM until 11:00AM on Tuesday August 13, 2013 at 
St. Lawrence the Martyr in Kraemer. A mass of Christian burial will take place 
at 11:00AM at St. Lawrence the Martyr. 

Burial will take place in St. Lawrence Cemetery in Kraemer.

She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Kraemer Cortez, Shirley Kraemer 
Bonvillain, Gene A. Kraemer and Rose Kraemer Lasserre; one sibling, Exene 
Loupe; and eight grandchildren, Amanda Lasserre, Lee Lasserre, Crystal Kraemer, 
Ryan Kraemer, Christopher Bonvillain, Eric Bonvillain, Sherry Luquette, Todd 
Kraemer, and Tricha Kraemer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Kraemer, Sr.; one son Sidney 
Kraemer, Jr.; her parents, Marcelline D. Cortez and Septime Cortez Sr.; and her 
siblings, Moise Cortez, Joseph F. Cortez , Emelien Cortez , Louis Cortez, 
Septime Cortez, Jr., Louis M. Cortez, Lloyd Cortez, Sr., Lloyd Cortez, Jr., 
Evelyn Loupe, Yvonne Usea, Edith Hotard and Marceline Loupe.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Thibodaux, LA, is in charge of the arrangements.
