Alton J. “Pop” Crosby, 79, a native and resident of Cut Off, passed away on 
Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 1:20 a.m. at his residence.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 26 at 11 a.m. at 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. service at the church 

with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery in Cut Off.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Terrebonne Crosby; sons Patrick Crosby and 
wife Ramona, Phil Crosby and wife Leslie, Shawn Crosby and wife Rachel; 
daughter, Angela Pitre and husband Darren; brother Richard Crosby; sisters 
Mildred Gisclair, Louanna Guidry, Carolyn France; 9 grandchildren and 10 great 
grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Adrianna Griffin Crosby and 
1 great grandchild.
