He was a native of Houston, TX and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 1:00 PM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 6:30 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home Burial in Grand View Memorial Park Pasadena, TX. He is survived by his, Stepson, Eugene LeBoeuf and wife, the late Sherrell C. LeBoeuf, Niece, Carolyn Elkins and husband, the late Joseph Elkins, Step grandchildren, Troy Morein and wife Shaney, Dexter Morein, Felix Morein and wife Melonie and Alice M. Pitre and husband Lucas and Nephew, Ronald Black. He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Notile "Sue" Cecile LeBoeuf Davis, Parents, Robert Gail Davis and Ruby Lee Davis, Son, Robert Neal Davis, Sister, Maybell Black, Step Grandson, John Morein, Nephews, James "Butch" Black and Richard Black. Thomas was a parishioner of St. Hyacinth Catholic Church where he was an usher and a member of the Men's Club. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of Shell Oil Company Retirees Club and a Deer Park volunteer fireman. Thomas served in the United States Army in the 21st Air Service Group during World War II.
