She was preceded in death only six months ago by her loving husband of 40 years, David Arthur Duke. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in Houma at a later date, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, David, in their beloved hometown. She was born and raised by her parents, Henry Joseph Bourg and Nolian Pellegrin Bourg, of Houma, and was the oldest of 10 children. She is survived by four brothers and five sisters, Eugene Bourg, Allen Bourg, Alvin Bourg, Steven Bourg, Catherine Bergeron, Mary Zeringue, Elizabeth Fox, Alice Bowser, and Brenda Fuchs. She leaves her four cherished children and their spouses, Joseph (Cindy) Wright, Zelina (Paul) Brewer, Robert (Yvette) Wright, and Keith (Debbie) Wright. She had eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Aline worked in retail sales in downtown Houma throughout her working career. While she could often be found working in her flower gardens, her true passions were fishing and her family, and after marrying David in 1973, they all spent many family outings on the water that she loved so much. Her loving heart and infectious smile would light up a room, and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Condolence cards can be sent to: 1819 Sauber Ave., Rockford, IL 61103 and will be distributed to her family. May she rest in peace knowing that all who knew her loved her dearly. ======================
